Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post or other shipping providers.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – delivery time approximately 4–5 business days. Free shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 80.–.

International Shipping – delivery time approximately 5–10 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Notes

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. During high order volumes or due to external factors such as customs inspections, delays may occur.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver within Switzerland and selected countries. Delivery to other regions may be available upon request. If delivery is not possible, you will be informed immediately.
